All Sales Are Final
All books sold through Modern Minds Publishing are printed on demand. Each book is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Ordering the wrong format

Disliking the content
This policy is standard for print-on-demand publishing.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We will replace your order at no additional cost if:
The book arrives damaged
The book has a printing defect
You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@modernmindspublishing.com
Please include:

Clear photos of the damage or defect
Once verified, a replacement will be printed and shipped promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you package does not arrive within the expected delivery window:
U.S. Orders: 5-12 Business Days
International Orders: 9-23 Business Days
Contact us and we will work with our print partner to investigate the shipment. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders shipped to:

Old or Outdated Addresses
If the order is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Digital Products
All digital product sales (ebooks, PDFs, downloads) are final and non-refundable. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital files is prohibited.
Production & Printing Variations
Due to our books utilizes a print on demand fulfillment service, slight variations may occur, including:
Minor color differences
Slight shifts in trim
Small print alignment variations
These are normal within industry standards and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production. Production begins shortly after checkout due to our 2-day Production window.
